The title says it all, really. Ok, here we go.

Basically what it means is that you're free to redistribute the work, provided you do so non-commercially, do not build upon or alter the material, and give me proper attribution (in the form of a link to my blog and an indication that I am the creator of the material.)
I do waive certain parts of this legal agreement: you are allowed to remove the author's note at the beginning of each post, if you feel it is appropriate to the method you are redistributing it in. Some of them can get a little silly, and I can understand if that's not your cup of tea. Secondly, you are allowed to build upon the material if you write a story based upon the original work, using characters found in the original story, so long as you credit me appropriately. In layman's terms, go ahead and write fanfiction; I heartily endorse it.
In short: don't be a plagiarizing jerk. Nobody likes those.
